Defective Products

ModernChef warrants the Sansaire, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the Customer, will be free from defects in operation, workmanship and materials, and shall conform in all respects with all labeling, product insert sheets and product specifications.

If a Sansaire fails to meet the Warranty criteria above and is returned per the Return Criteria, at ModernChef’s option, and at no additional cost to Customer, ModernChef will:

(a) repair the Sansaire and ship it to the Customer, or

(b) provide Customer with a replacement Sansaire of identical make and model as the original Sansaire purchased; or

(c) provide Customer a refund of the full order value, including original shipping cost and tax. ModernChef may provide Customer a refund via a chargeback to Customer’s credit card account, PayPal or other account used to make the original purchase.

ModernChef will process the repair, replacement or refund within six (6) business days of receiving the defective Sansaire.

Shipping Damage

If the Sansaire product is damaged in shipping, Customer must either refuse delivery or file a damage claim directly with the shipper. ModernChef is not liable to Customer for shipping damage.

Return Criteria

To qualify, all returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, and all original parts and components. Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund. Customer is required to pay for return shipping to ModernChef.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Please note: Once purchased, a Sansaire in normal working order cannot be returned for a refund.
